1)Strictly NO backouts/refunds/no returnables/exchange.
2)First come first serve basis. SERIOUS BUYERS only.
3)Postage : Standard Pos Laju starts at the minimum RM 6
4)COD is Atria/ DJ area
5)Payment through my Maybank account, unless CODs could be conducted.
6)Goods will be delivered once full payment is made.
7)Prices MAY be negotiable, depending on the situation.
8) Measurements will be given only to serious buyers.
